Our Aim
We at The Old Railway Line Nursery and Garden Centre understand that the reliability and affordability of our service is essential. We assure you that we will do our utmost to ensure that we achieve the highest standards of customer service possible.
Prices
All prices include VAT and 17.5%. Every effort will be taken to ensure that the information contained in this site is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right, by giving notice to you, to increase the price of any goods that have increased in cost to us. In the unfortunate event that such a situation should arise, you the customer have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving notification of the price change.
Ordering and Stock Availability
Please complete the order form including your credit card details and telephone number. You the buyer will be fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form. We are not obliged to accept an order unless all of the details requested on the form are filled in correctly. Your order shall not be deemed to be accepted until we confirm acceptance of your order via e-mail or telephone. We aim to display only items that are in stock and that can be dispatched quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines in which case we will inform you within 48 hours. If this situation was to occur, you would be given the choice of a full refund or select an alternative product. We have the right to refuse any order placed by you and are not required to provide an explanation.
Payment
By placing an order, you, the buyer, are authorising us to charge your credit card account as detailed on the order form. We will issue you with an electronic receipt upon dispatch of the goods. Title of the goods will only pass to you when full payment has been received.
Delivery
The goods will be delivered to the address detailed on the order form. We only deliver to destinations within the United Kingdom Mainland. Delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and carrier commitments, we do maintain high levels of stock but should we be unable to deliver your goods in the time quoted, we will contact you to advise a revised delivery time or offer a suitable alternative. In the unlikely event of us not being able to fulfil your order, we will of course offer you a full refund to your credit card account. Failure to deliver by the courier company is beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.
Return of Goods
It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to inspect the goods as soon as is reasonably practicable and notify us immediately of any shortages. All claims for shortages or breakages should be made within 7 days of delivery; if you fail to comply with this clause we will not be held legally liable in respect of any complaint that should have been raised with us within this period.
Liability
We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery of goods.

Every effort will be taken to ensure that the information contained in this site is accurate and up to date. Images and descriptions used within this website are for providing an approximate description of the actual goods. We will endeavour to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being made aware of them.

Delivery Policy
Cost
Delivery is a standard £5.00 charge to any UK mainland destination. Extra charges may apply to some products; any such product will indicate this.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver goods within five working days. If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this time, you will be contacted. Delivery will commence if you accept the longer delivery time or you do not contact us to confirm otherwise.
Delivery Address
When placing your order, you will be given the option to select an alternative delivery address from that of the billing address. Please ensure that all sections are filled in correctly and that the information provided is correct.
