Delivery

Please ensure the correct address details are provided for the intended recipient and contact details in the event of any delivery problems. Flowergram cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incomplete or incorrect information.

Should the recipient not be home we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or post a card through the letterbox informing them that a delivery has been attempted. Please ensure the correct address is provided for the recipient.

If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order), we reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver or to deduct the shipping costs /product wastage / courier return fee from any refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.

There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels, offices and ships. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.

Our liability for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within reasonable time.

Orders received after 12pm would generally be delivered on the next available day. If the address provided is a work address, please indicate the times the recipient will be available at that address or if a private address, when we are likely to find the recipient at home.

With the exception of funeral orders we are unable to carry out timed deliveries. We cannot guarantee any specific times or am/pm requests included in the Special Instructions box, but we'll do our very best to accommodate you.

Sunday deliveries may be possible by prior arrangement only and with 2-3 working days notice. Extra charges may be incurred. Customers should choose delivery for the day before or day after with a Special Instruction to deliver on Sunday if possible (excludes Mothering Sunday).

Deliveries are not possible on Bank Holidays.

Flowers

Due to seasonal and local availability we cannot guarantee that the content of your delivery will always match identically what is shown on this site. In the interests of providing you with the best possible floral delivery your Flowergram florist may substitute one or more items. If there are particular flowers or colours that you would prefer to be included or even excluded, then we will do our utmost to meet your request.

Shortages / Damages

All claims for Delivery Shortages or Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to remove, add, change, without notice, any part of the Terms and Conditions set out above. If we do carry out any such changes we will post this on the web site home page. If you place an order after the Terms and Conditions have been changed you are then bound by the new Terms. Please ensure that you read our Terms and Conditions each time you use this site.
